*elsevilla's linearts are so much fun to work with, and with this one I got to try out some new brushes too!
It's one of the brushes *algenpfleger's brush-set, I love the rough texture it has. :)

She has obviously travelled so long to reach the legendary dragon statue of golden mountain that she had to abandon her clothes and travel wearing panties, scarf and feathery wings only. D:

Line-art by *elsevilla, colors by me (photoshop).

So how's the digital work going? still feeling rusty or achy from the hands? Or back to the oils soon.

Achy, yes. And annoyed. It's somehow so much more difficult to make choices in digital painting than in traditional. I guess it's the availability of all possible colors and tools that makes it so stressfull... oils are so much easier. :D But, practicing is always worth the time it takes.

Some friend once said than a lot of choices of colors and tools sometimes works against creativity rather than helping it. Also mixing colors irl is somewhat relaxing imo.

That looks gorgeous! :omfg: Great job?

And, out of curiosity, how much time does it take you to colour something? I'm sure it varies depending of the drawing, but is there an estimate or average time you spend on each of your works? :bucktooth:

If I really put my mind into it, I can get a picture finished in a day. This one took maybe...hmmm, six hours or so in total. But first I paint like three hours, then procrastinate, then paint for another hour, then play games for three hours, then continue painting... So it's hard to estimate!
But some take me ten or more hours, some take less. And sometimes six hours can be an hour now and then, but months apart. :dead: I'd say most of my paintings are 5-12 hours or so of work. In reality it's more like from a day to a week since I jump around and am unable to continue after I get the rough colors down... (detailing is so boring!)
