Half of the payment should be paid via PayPal before I start working, the other half once the sketch has been approved and I'm about to start painting/polishing it. 
About edits: I'll send you a rough version for feedback, please let me know of any necessary changes at this stage. We can do a few rounds of feedback at this stage. I will only do minor edits after the first feedback-round. Once I start polishing I'd rather not make big changes anymore.
Include as many references and written ideas as you want! Visuals are preferred over written ones tho, as there's less room for interpretation-mistakes with reference-pictures.
All commissions are for non-commercial use only; if you wish to hire me for commercial work, please mention it when contacting me. I tend to post commissions to my online-galleries; if you want the commission to remain private, let me know.
If you want to cancel the commission, that's possible. If I didn't start working on it yet I'll refund the whole sum (but please note: I will not compensate the paypal-fees that are paid when sending money back and forth!).
I reserve the copyright of the image, but the commissioner may post the commissioned work to their websites, use it as icon, banner etc.
